The STAND Collective at Haverford College (an allied chapter of SDS) is organizing a weekend-long convergence on activism for high school students from around the country. The convergence will occur on Haverford’s campus (about 20 minutes outside of Philadelphia) from Friday, March 2 to Sunday, March 4. College students and local activists will be delivering workshops on a range of topics including: the prison system, racism, sustainable agriculture, internet activism and labor solidarity. Free food and sleeping arangments on campus have been worked out for everybody.
